Open-Source Solutions, LLC., Robotics & Automation Lab Curriculum
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between the undersigned below, whether an individual or an entity ("User"), and Open-Source Solutions, LLC. ("Licensor") governing the use of the curriculum materials provided by the Licensor ("Curriculum"). By signing below, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Licensor grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Curriculum solely for personal or organizational purposes as permitted under this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
The User agrees that the Curriculum:
a. May not be reproduced in any form, whether by photocopying, scanning, or other means, without prior written consent from the Licensor.
b. May not be transferred to any other individual or entity.
c. May not be copied, distributed, shared, or published in any format, including physical or digital forms.
d. This Agreement permits use of the Curriculum exclusively at one specified campus. Use at additional campuses, satellite locations, or virtual programs requires separate licensing.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action and penalties under applicable law.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Curriculum, including copyrights and intellectual property rights, remain with the Licensor.
4. Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if the User violates its terms. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all use of the Curriculum and destroy all copies in their possession.
6. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Curriculum, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
